This form allows you to confirm the services selected with Polyglobe Academy and provide the information required to formalise your enrolment or booking.

For group courses, private or duo lessons and FIDE preparation programmes, we will review the information provided before sending you a personalised Enrolment Agreement specifying the programme, timetable, duration, fees and payment conditions.
For Conversation Clubs and Creative Workshops, no separate Enrolment Agreement is required and the CHF 75 registration fee does not apply. Once availability has been checked, we will send you the payment instructions directly.
Your enrolment or booking will become final once the steps applicable to your selected service have been completed.
